Event Request Form & Guidelines

Welcome to INDUSTRY Salt Lake City! 

We’re delighted to have you in our four walls, filled with a truly impeccable community.   We are an inspired ecosystem of doers and love to support our tenant's and community events - from company celebrations to local give backs, we guarantee good times are in store. Please fill out the entirety of this form and include as many details as possible.    

Event Guidelines

  • Event space is for INDUSTRY Tenants and Community Partners
    • At this time, we are not able to accommodate public requests for venue rental  
  • Please keep in mind that when using space with INDUSTRY, it is a venue agreement ONLY
    • INDUSTRY is not responsible for anything other than supplying the space as we are not event organizers and coordinators
    • Any event that requires staffing support from INDUSTRY, will be charged fee as outlined in contract

Items we will discuss after your event is confirmed

  • Please check your email / spam folder for correspondence from us
  • Signed contract upon acceptance of Terms & Conditions
  • Credit card event deposit
  • Certificates of Insurance - Must be submitted to INDUSTRY Management for the group hosting the event, as well as all vendors you are bringing in (catering, bartenders, furniture rental, band/DJ, etc)
  • Submission of Run of Show and event details
  • Deliveries and pickups must be scheduled within your allotted load in / load out timeframe
  • Someone must be present to accept deliveries and coordinate with vendors. No items can be left behind after your event – items will be disposed of and you will be charged for additional pickup.  
  • Please let INDUSTRY Management of any promotional materials you would like us to share within our community
    • We are paperless, please ensure everything is in digital format
